     William was born in Colombia but moved to Venezuela until the age of 11. He founded the company with his brother in Miami under their parents garage. They were working on their jeeps around the age of 17. Known for doing so, they started to take in friends' Jeeps too. Eventually, the load was too large for the family home and they decided to get a separate space for the cars. Hard work, recommendations, happy customers, as well as a phenomenal team, led to the Karnage Motorsports we know and love today.  Will has always been an entrepreneur. At the age of 14, he had a car washing business, it even consisted of two 12 year old “employees”! His father had a dealership in Colombia and that’s how he got introduced to vehicles. Some enjoyable things for him consist of speed/racing, drifting, outdoor activities, and road trips. Speaking of road trips, William enjoys the fact that he gets to travel country-wide for his company attending shows and events.  

 

Nicolas "Boss Man" Avendaño

     Nicolas was born in Colombia and moved to Venezuela. Working alongside his brother, they created Karnage Motorsports. Even though he helped found the company, his first job was at a UPS store. He had a Jeep in high school, it even got a section in the yearbook. Nico's yearbook quote was “It’s a Jeep thing, you wouldn’t understand.” The ability to solve a Rubix Cube in about a minute and 30 seconds is just the beginning. Nicolas is in charge of the Customer Service aspect of the company like talking to clients and answering phone calls as well as making sure the inventory is well kept. Some things he likes to do in his free time are camping, hiking, mountain biking, and off roading. Nothing compares to traveling and exploring while on the job. He owns a 1999 Jeep Cherokee, 2016 F250, 2022 Ford Bronco, 1989 Jeep Comanche, 2001 Jeep Cherokee, and a LS3 swapped Wrangler.

 

Samuel Abu - Hantash
General Manager

    Born Florida, Sami's first car related job was working in a BMW shop called Active Auto Work. Shortly after, Inspired Engineering was born. An LED lighting company for Jeeps, it was sold during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the general manager, he manages the day-to-day operations of the company as well as the back office. Samuel enjoys the fact that he’s around the things he loves everyday. He drives a 2020 A90 Supra, 2016 RAM 2500, and the LJ Wrangler.

 

Brandon Garcia
Manager

     Born in Florida, Brandon grew up riding ATVs. His father had a Volkswagen Beetle and they built it "Baja-Style". Right after high school, he got EMT and first-aid certified. After working at Advanced Auto parts, he got into aviation. As the manager, Brandon makes sure all the techs have what they need, checks clients in and out, does receiving, makes sure all the projects are being done in excellent condition and in a timely manner as well as other managerial duties. He went from custodian, to technician, to fabrication, and manager in about a year and a half.  "I like the fact that I get to problem solve and build Jeeps that some can only dream of. 

  

Nathalie Avendaño

     Born in Florida, Nat grew up watching her brothers go off-roading. On the other hand, she is a dancer who danced for 13 years. Passionate about kids, Nathalie was a lead teacher assistant for 5 years. Now, she's studying hospitality management at FIU. An aspiring sommelier is what her friends would call her, she can make a mean drink. "I'm basically the entertainment of this place, it must be boring when I'm not here." She loves being in an environment where she is close to her brothers since they've all grown out of their family home. Coming to the shop is where she can spend quality time with her siblings. 

 

Jalina Resto

     Born in Florida, Jalina grew up riding Minibikes. Her work life has revolved around shops, starting at Midas at 19 was only the beginning. It feels like family here and that is something she is very fond of. She started to study accounting which coincidentally landed her at another shop! Jalina has a beautiful daughter named Kamilah. They both love going to events and participating in outdoor activities.

Angel Ramos
Mechanic

     Born in Venezuela, Angel grew up with great parents. He started working as a mechanic in his friend's house at the age of 16. The very first car Angel had was a 1966 Volkswagen Beetle. He has 6 beautiful grandchildren. Specializing in gearing, Angel is the guy everyone goes to for help in that aspect. That’s not all he does though, he works on a little bit of everything. Drag racing is something Angel used to spend a lot of his time on. Now, it’s mountain biking on the weekends. He loves the type of work here at Karnage and really enjoys the company's values.
 

Christian Sanchez
Mechanic

     Born in Florida, Chris grew up working with his dad on cars. His first job was at 16 years old working as a valet to the events him and his friends would host. After that, he worked at a Ford dealership for about 4 years. Here at Karnage, Christian works on engine swaps, oil changes, beadlocks, tires, lights, and is trying to learn welding. He enjoys how everyday is different at work, from oil changes to engine rebuilds. Christian likes guns, fixing his trucks, and drag racing to name a few. He had a Mustang before getting a Jeep. 2 months into owning the Jeep and he got rid of it to build a drag truck. The Silverado is decked out with mods.
